Welcome to our family farm - Brookside Olives : Myself and my family live and work on our farm which is 10 kilometres south east of Inglewood on Tobacco Road in Queensland Australia, beside the picturesque McIntyre Brook. All the family contributes with the operation of the farm. We are a young farm and our Olive Grove is comprised of 3750 olive trees. As well as growing olives we also sell Olive Products  and breed German Shepherds.

Visitors to our farm are most welcome, but as we are a working family farm we do ask for you to make an appointment first.. If your journey is long and you want to stay overnight, accommodation on the farm is available at competitive rates.

OLIVE PRODUCTS: The three varieties of olives we grow are: Frantoio - Native to Tuscany. It produces high quality,  aromatic and savoury oil and table olives suited to many tastes. These olives provide an extended harvest. Pendolino - A shrubby tree that has a long flowering span and is heavy bearing. Leccino - A dual purpose variety which also assists with pollination. Particularly noted for its tolerance to adverse weather conditions and some common diseases. Our products consist of Olive Oil, Table Olives, Olive Trees, Dukkah, Olive Honey and Olive Oil Soaps.  

GERMAN SHEPHERDS: Our puppies are sired by Sarazo Zan (Kiba) and bitches Mandy, Bingo (Bingzena) and Brandy. All of our dogs are hip and elbow scored by Australia wide approved doctors for this purpose and are from excellent  (Registered) bloodlines.  They are groomed with children and develop a friendly attitude prior to going to permanent home.

OTHER SERVICES:   We also offer the public pick-your-own olive service. The harvest season is from 1st March to 30th April each year.  Tour of olive grove and Fishing is also available - BYO fishing gear.
